About Us.

Our Preschool is a Christian, play-based preschool. We utilize our own curriculum, written by our directors and team lead teachers. Each program follows weekly and monthly themes. Every class gets 40 minutes outside every day, weather permitting. We offer special extended classes such as Spanish, Art, PE, Music, and Chapel each week.

Toddler Program

Our toddler program is designed to introduce children ages 18-24 months to a preschool setting at just a few hours a week. The low ratios of this program allows our teachers to help encourage children to play, share and interact with others while having hands on attention. This program is held on Friday mornings from 9am to 12pm. They will engage in bible stories, hands on activities as well as developmentally appropriate fine motor and gross motor skills.

Two Year Old Program

For our two year old preschoolers we offer a variety of schedules. We offer a two day, three day, four day and a five day class. The main focus in our two year old program is to encourage students to play both socially and independently and to learn to problem solve through personal experiences. For most of our two year old students, this is their first time in a school setting away from family. Our low ratios will allow our teachers to give each child the encouragement and hands on care they each deserve. A typical day in a two year old class would include 40 minutes of outside time, hands on art activities, imaginative play and circle time. We encourage our students to join us on the floor for circle time, where we will read books, go over our bible lessons and participate in interactive activities together as a class.

Three Year Old Program

For our three year old preschoolers we offer both a four day program as well as a five day program. The focus of our three year old program is to continue to encourage social and emotional skills as well as independence. Building up our students confidence, gross and fine motor skills are so important at this age. Students will engage in circle time, hands on crafts and activities as well as daily outside time.

Four Year Old Program

Our four year old program is held five days a week. We strive to encourage our four year old's to be age appropriately independent. By elaborating on fine and gross motor skills, students will continue to strengthen their posture, core and hand grip. By doing so they are working on setting themselves up for success in their school years to come. Each four year old class will engage in problem solving activities, circle time, independent play, dramatic play and a variety of hands on activities. In addition to our own curriculum, our four year old program also utilizes the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum.

Transitional Kindergarten Program

This program is specifically for children who we feel could benefit from another year in a preschool setting and also turns five between June 1 and October 1. This is an activity based program with the driven purpose to give our students the gift of time, to build confidence and to expand on their social and emotional skills throughout the school year. The idea to have a smaller class size will give these students more individual time to learn the necessary skills needed to flourish in elementary school.
